Tomas Rozas Bialas studied Engineering at the BFS Niederrhein and launched his marketing career with Hair Factory/D’s trade fair team. For Wella AG he implemented campaigns at various events and fairs.

In 1986, he moved to Switzerland, where he developed marketing/event concepts for market leaders such as Burton Snowboards and Davos Klosters ski resorts.

In 1996, Rozas founded Europa Event Marketing in Germany, located in Dusseldorf and expanded rapidly to Zurich and Prague.

In this job he worked as a consultant for famous clients, from Audi AG to 20th Century Fox, as well as for a string of well-known agencies like Grey and Ogilvy and public sector employers like the Landeskriminalamt (State Office of Criminal Investigation) NRW and international organizations like the United Nations.

Since 2000, Rozas shifted focus to the 1to1 sector and was co-founder of conceptcom, a communications company in Thalwil (ZH). In this capacity, he acted as consultant to large companies and organizations. From 2002 to 2003 he was Senior Concepter at FischMeierDirekt. In December 2004 Rozas is a co-founder of Jung von Matt Dialog and built up the unit until the end of 2007.

Bettina Dührkoop


Bettina Dührkoop studied Economics in Münster, Germany and then launched her career at Bertelsmann AG, where she was involved for 4 years in Best!Seller, a mail-order business for media products. She played a leading role in expanding the business by publishing a monthly 300-page catalogue and was also in charge of a section of the book program.

In 1999, Bettina Dührkoop moved to the international HQ of Swiss-based Bertelsmann subsidiary BOL.COM, an online media shop. In her role as Product Management Director, she supported the company’s worldwide expansion into 17 countries.

In 2001, Dührkoop took over the development of the operational CRM at Bluewin AG, where she was in overall charge of direct marketing initiatives. After the merger with Swisscom Fixnet, she was also responsible for the entire range of Swisscom Fixnet’s mailing and e-mail campaigns.

In 2007, Bettina Dührkoop spent a year with her family in New York, where she worked on a book for the World Bank.

After returning from the US in 2008, she founded comqed Dialog with Tomas Rozas.


Roman Steinacher


Roman Steinacher started his advertising career at the Marketing department of Europay Switzerland SA. after finishing an apprenticeship in the printing and publishing industry. IN 1998 he changed sides and worked at the 1to1 Agency Alex Schmid for clients as AMAG, Mercedes Switzerland and British Airways.

After completing a degree as a “Marketing-Planner” he contributed his know-how at FischMeierDirekt in Adliswil for Blick, BILANZ, Betty Bossi, BMW, Interkantonale Landeslotterie, Delinat and Nivea. After 4 years he worked again on the client side and launched in his role as Executive Direct Marketing successfully Miles&More Credit Cards for the Swiss TravelClub. In 2007 he introduced at Betty Bossi the crossmedia magazine “Bossi”. Together with his team he implemented then for two years at Publicis holistic 1to1 communication campaign for Zurich Swizerland, NZZ, Pfister and Worldvision.

Since 2010 Roman Steinacher supports comqed Dialog as our consultant group leader, ensuring a smooth cooperation with our inhouse partner MRB.



Fix account teams for artwork, realization, consultancy and production are in charge for implementing our projects. We put together the optimal team for every task from the employee pool of more than 20 communication specialists of our inhouse partner Metzger Rottmann Bürge.
